Jillian Michael’s and Dinner

I woke up late this morning so I had to wait till after work to do my workout, which consisted of Jillian Michael’s Thirty Day Shred.  I am trying to work up to a more appropriate mileage on the treadmill but for now three miles seems to be my comfort zone.  After dinner I will see how I feel about running.
It’s not the best work out area, and I get a little nervous that my neighbors can hear me doing high knees, or jack knifes but it works for now.
I got this magazine right before we moved, and with school and moving I haven’t been able to read it. I am going to attempt to take it to work again this week and see if I can read it during my lunch.  Kara Goucher really is amazing.
I was flipping through it and found this page of what appears to be plyometric (spelling?) exercises and I am excited to give it a try.  Maybe tomorrow before my run?
My dinner tonight was spaghetti squash with tomato and basil sauce, and sautéed garlic, pork and onions.  It was delicious!  If you want the recipe you can email me at bwebb40.bw@gmail.com, or ask me in the comments.  This recipe is always a go to for me when Austin has to work late and I have some time to cook it before he gets home.
