Friday= back on track…

I am so bummed that this is the last episode of Serial, it was really amazing!  I actually looked forward to my lonely Saturday runs…I have heard of a lot of other great Podcasts that I am excited to try!  I am bummed we didn’t get to hear the results of those lab tests though.
As you know Austin and I have recently moved and today I found my magazine that took a little longer than usual to get here!  I always love Fridays but today will be really great because I will be able to work out and read my magazine.
I started logging in my Believe Journal today, and I have to say I love the layout and I love to be able to have a hard copy of how my runs have been going.
Today I ran three miles.  It was nice to be able to run again, but after having a cold, I felt like I couldn’t breathe.  I was drowning in mucus, and every time I tried to cough I felt like I was being suffocated.  Know that I am done though my legs feel great!

My progress for today:
Mile 1= 9:39
Mile 2= 10:19
Mile 3= 10:05
Average= 10:00 min/mile
One day this next year I will learn to ease into a run instead of going fast on fresh legs, If anyone has any articles to read or tips on this subject let me know!

What workouts do you have planned for this weekend?
I will be running seven miles this weekend, I am going to see if I can con anyone into going with me ;).
Any great Podcasts that I should be aware of?
