This morning I set out to run five miles, my legs felt really good. The only tenderness I had was in my abdominal region and that was from chronically under using them/working them so when I did a small (five minute) ab routine yesterday it left me feeling like I had an instant six pack, which I don’t. Any ways back to my run, so I was 0.30 miles away from being done and I was picking up a little speed so I could finish strong and fast and I trip, hard, and I would like to think that it was that small amount of ab work that kept me from completely face planting onto the sidewalk. Embarrassing. Luckily for me it was 4:30 in the morning and no one was around to witness it but that one car…hopefully they were to sleepy to notice me. (I ment to take a picture but it was to dark and then when I put my flash on it didn’t look like they were uneven so I decided against it to better validate my story;).
