My updated race schedule!

So you all know how I am training for a marathon that is happening April 18th, well that is going to change.  I will be dropping down to the half marathon distance so that the next weekend I can run the Zion’s trail Ragnar series!  It was an impulsive decision but I have been wanting an opportunity to participate in this event since they started it and I can’t wait!

So since I have been mostly road running I broke out my trail running shoes to take them for a quick eight mile run to see how my trail running skills are holding up.  I am glad I went I will most likely be doing all my runs on the trail until race day so that I can get my speed back up and my running down steep hills perfected (if that’s even possible?).
The Pipeline trail in MillCreek Canyon is by far my favorite trial.  It has quite the variety of difficulty which is great at some parts there are a lot of loose rocks/gravel, there are tree trunks, boulders, and just the right amount of incline and decline.
Also I got invited to run in the Wasatch back Ragnar that is in late June!  I am excited about these new changes.
