Instead of setting goals for 2019 I am going to set Intentions:
- Wear sunscreen, I spend a lot of my time outside and I need to make it a priority.
- Continue to make healthier choices; go to the gym, track my days on Weight Watchers, and drink lots of water and less diet coke.
- And my last intention is to write more! Which brings be back to this platform. I miss blogging and it has been three years since I’ve written on my blog. I would like to continue it if only to have a platform to write and to track my progress and my year!

Hazel’s first year of Adventures!
Gym room is slowly coming together!
In order to hike with a 20 pound baby on my back I have to incline train on the treadmill with a 25 pound pack on.
I can’t wait for the spring time!
For the start of the year I am currently starting out at 198 pounds and I am 5′ 4″. My goal is to get to 130 pounds. I have used Weight Watchers in the past and had lost 70 pounds. I was able to keep it off for approximately three years but then I went to Nursing school and had my first baby right after graduating and I gained 80 pounds total. Among numerous things to lose the weight one of my biggest reasons is that there are so many amazing things I want to show Hazel and I want to set a good example for her.
I am excited to share my journey and to be able to use this tool as something to look back on!
