I am back in the running groove! It took me a while but I finally feel good running again. I think with the weight loss and going to the gym more often I have been able to consistently run for 30 minutes straight. I am not as fast as I once was but even in the beginning that is where I started and then eventually I got faster and faster.
These are screenshots from my phone and I think it would be nice to just have a place where I can easily see exactly how much better I am getting.
I’m still hitting the gym early in the morning, getting up at 3 am kinda sucks but it’s nice to start the day of early and with a little bit of extra energy. From both my pre workout and a nice workout haha. Also the gym is rather empty that early.
I’m really excited to already see improvement and it makes me anticipate my next gym day even more to see how far I can push myself!
The last couple of weeks I have been going to WW meetings. I was originally doing just online WW but like I wrote earlier this week I have been in some what of a slump and I really want to push past this plateau. I follow a lot of Instagram accounts that follow WW and a lot of them suggested that I go and see how I like them. So far I am loving them! I will keep you posted if my little plateau ends here soon!
